Kobold Pictures was a group of five Brazilian teenaged friends who used to make short amateur films in video for fun during the transition years from the 80s to the 90s.We used to call them Quick Movies, not only because they were short, but mainly because they were quickly shot. Typically, there was no screenplay, but only some drafts in our minds. Many of the ideas were born while shooting. The shooting itself would take no more than some hours during an afternoon or a night. And of course there was no budget.
