The Cape Fear Independent Film Network is a Nonprofit organization dedicated to the production, presentation and promotion of the filmic arts in Southeastern North Carolina. Utilizing a strategy of hands on education and public exhibition, CFIFN unites fledging filmmakers of all ages with each other and their dreams. The Cape Fear Independent Film Network sponsors yearly productions for its members who utilize the groups network to maximize resources and minimize expenses for independent films.The Cape Fear Independent Film Network was founded in 2001 for the purpose of enabling the free and open exchange of information and resources between filmmakers. It also seeks to bring exposure for the works of these filmmakers to the local community and beyond.
